OH, I JUST LOVE THOSE SHOES. I AM GOING TO WAIT UNTIL THEY GO ON SALE.

Red-High-HeelsEvery now and again, my friends and I will go shopping.  Many times, I will find an item that I just love. I look at the price and say to myself, “I will come back in a week or so and buy it when it hits the clearance rack. The price will be less.”

Shopping for a home is a bit different yet we take that same thought pattern into searching for the perfect place to create memories and rest our heads.   We will search and save, save and search hoping that that perfect home goes ‘on sale’ so we can buy it

The purchase of a home is not the same as the purchase of a new pair of shoes, for example.  It is important to erase those thoughts and train ourselves to understand that the purchase price of a home already has a built in negotiating factor.  Whatever you put out there to bid is the starting point of communication between you and the person who is owning the home of your dreams.

My thoughts are that no bid is too low in this process.  That particular bid that you want to present will either be accepted, as is; looked at as a means to begin the bargaining piece of the Purchase and Sales Agreement; or the sellers may be insulted.  You have nothing to lose to put it out there before that dream home is gone from your grasp.

Take that step.  Take that chance. You have nothing to lose because you don’t ‘own’ it yet. You have everything to gain should you end up in the perfect home for you, your memories, your life.  Go for it!

By the way,  it is a pleasure to serve you.  Welcome Home.
